Audioengineer, recording artist and songwriter, Middle, is inspired by Janet Jackson, Christina Aguilera. From writing songs at age 11 to printing out lyrics sheets, Middle continues to express herself in a way that makes the most sense to her. Based in Toronto, music has “always been a constant”. In “IMY”, she combats her own mental health issues and appreciating a loved one. She takes us through being vulnerable, telling the truth and being intentional in her sound. Middle walks us behind the scenes of her song, “Work”, and the advice she’d give to her younger self.
